Nancy Roecklein, BA, MSN

Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from New York University in 1982. In 1994, she pursued her AAS in Nursing at Bronx Community College, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing at NYU in 2011 where she was awarded the "Overall Distinguished Student" and "Distinguished Master's/Graduate in Palliative Care" honors. She has received a number of scholarships throughout her studies, such as the Nurses Educational Fund Scholarship (2010-2011) and the New York University Master's Program Scholarship (2010-2011). Nancy is also a member of multiple organizations, including the Oncology Nursing Society, the New York State Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing. She has also been an active member of the Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association, serving as a New York State Ambassador during Fall 2010 and being awarded with the 2011 Annual Assembly Scholarship. Nancy is currently in her first year of the Doctor of Nursing Program at the CUNY Graduate Center.
