Karen Reavis, MSN, APRN

Ms. Reavis served as a Lieutenant in the Air Force Nurse Corp for three years. After receiving and Honorable Discharge, Ms. Reavis remained in the Navy Reserve for several years and separated as a Lieutenant Commander. During this time she was called to active duty during operation Iraqi Freedom. Ms. Reavis currently practices as an Intensive Care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Sharp Healthcare in San Diego. While at the University of San Diego, she has maintained a 4.0 grade point average. For her Dissertation Research, she will study Withdrawal of Care in the critical care arena under the guidance of Dr. Joseph Burkard.
