Susan Driscoll , MPH, MSN, ARNP

Susan DriscollSusan Driscoll completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She then worked as a community health representative with UCSD Medical Genetics. Following that, she went on to complete her Masters in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University and worked for Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. in Boston, MA. There Ms. Driscoll gained invaluable healthcare administrative experience, but her primary career goal was as a health care provider. To return to direct patient care, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at MGH Institute for Health Professions and obtained her Nurse Practitioner license in adult and women’s health.

Ms. Driscoll is a certified Colposcopist and has focused her attention to providing primary care, particularly for women, and participating in research focused on underserved populations. Populations served have included HIV infected patients, incarcerated individuals, low income clients, and migrant farm workers reached through work with Correctional Medical Services, the Massachusetts General Hospital, Planned Parenthood of South Florida, and Martin and Palm Beach County Health Departments. Ms. Driscoll is pursuing a PhD in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University with a research focus on health issues of underserved communities, particularly women in the Maya migrant farm worker community of South Florida.
