Eileen Condon, FNP-BC

Yale University School of Nursing

Eileen Condon graduated from Villanova University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. During her time at Villanova, she was a recipient of the Villanova University Presidential Scholarship, a 4 year full tuition academic award. She also traveled as an American Council Fellow to St. Luke's International Medical Center in Tokyo, Japan, where she conducted a qualitative research study that was later published in Nursing Education Perspectives.  As a Registered Nurse, Eileen worked in the Newborn Special Care Unit at Yale New Haven Hospital for four years, while simultaneously pursuing her MSN at Yale University. After graduating from Yale as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Eileen was hired at Staywell Health Inc, a federally qualified health center located in Waterbury, CT. While working as an NP with this underserved population, Eileen was inspired to continue to pursue her education, with the hopes of having a positive impact on the community through education and research. Eileen is currently a PhD student at Yale University, where she plans to study pediatric behavioral development, with a focus on vulnerable populations.
