What are the deadlines for proposals?
There are no deadlines. Proposals are accepted year round. Our next grant cycle begins in 2012. We will be accepting brief letters of inquiry through 2011.
What is the process?
Proposals are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Can I meet or talk with someone from the Center’s office?
Emails and phone calls are welcomed to determine if a letter of inquiry is appropriate. The Center’s office number is 212-609-1584 and email at regine.dunn@jonascenter.org.
Does the Center fund individuals?
The Center does not consider requests for grants to individuals.
Who is eligible for a grant?
Tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that address our funding priorities. Government agencies, schools, colleges, and universities seeking funding that will be specifically earmarked for purposes aligned with the Center’s mission are also eligible.
