JONAS CENTER for NURSING and VETERANS HEALTHCARE

The goal of the Jonas Center for Nursing and Veterans Healthcare, a project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors*, is to support doctoral nursing Scholars through 2028 towards our mission to improve healthcare through nursing.

100% of all gifts to The Jonas Center for Nursing and Veterans Healthcare are fully tax deductible and directly support the Jonas Scholars Program. Donors can designate the program area they wish to support or choose to provide an unrestricted gift.

Nurse Leaders Program There is a shortage of over 1,000 nursing faculty nation-wide. This program is educating the next generation of faculty. We need top-notch faculty to have great nurses. These nurse leaders will advance the ability to train future nurses and better serve patients through research and clinical practice in timely topics including mental health, geriatrics and chronic care management.

Veterans Healthcare Program These Scholars address the urgent healthcare needs of the growing population of American veterans, including post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury and women’s health.

Unrestricted General support for the Jonas Center helps us to provide enriching opportunities for the Nurse Scholars and increase the impact of their work.
