Leadership Development Series: The Challenge of Leadership

This leadership development webinar series, the third in the NLN's continuing series, will provide emerging faculty leaders and nursing education administrators with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and competencies as managers in organizational systems. New ways of thinking and framing how a manager conducts performance evaluations and how effective coaching can lead to faculty growth and group cohesion will be explored. Additionally, concepts about servant-leadership will be discussed, including how the emerging faculty leader can utilize principles of servant-leadership to grow as teacher and administrator.
